From Burlington Development Applications:

A proposed 3 x 3-storey townhouse development designed by Chamberlain Architect Services for 2642988 Ontario Inc on the south side of Ghent Avenue, west of Clarendon Park Drive and east of Lilnan Court in Burlington's Brant area.

Within the past week or two this site was cleaned up landscape wise and the original construction fences/barriers were cleared out. Not really sure what's going on.. perhaps it changed hands?
