Wonder what type of business would work in that C200 space? Courtyard compliments food service, but 900sqft and very little foot/car traffic would be a big obstacle, no?

There's still a letter on the door from where their shop entrance was in OEX1 indicating they owe something like $150,000 in rent.Too bad Plum had to pull out of OEX2
