Heard that final closing for Building A and some townhouses have started; any news for Building B?
 
Did the builder send technicians to check your smoke alarm this week ? Did they give you advance notice or ask you for consent before coming into your unit unannounced ?

I got occupancy in September 2024.

I still haven't gotten any details from the lawyer /builder if there are any changes to the maintenance fees.. 🤞 that it's the same
