There's just fencing so far. A few months ago, I got excited since there was equipment and an excavator on site but nothing else has happened

That building is gone, and a temporary road has been installed for quick access to the main development. I believe West Block 200 and 400 are very much close to construction start shortly.

I noticed that new access causing some traffic issues. It's a pointless duplication of 103 Ave, and it's kind of blind because there's street parking, so vehicles are creeping out to try and make turns.

It’s going to be wood frame. Company I work for will be doing work on this building later on.
