Kind of the brilliance of it. Most of the cost is in the exercise equipment that can be easily relocated. The rest is essentially a shell space + some ceiling lights, cheap plank flooring and painted sheetrock (maybe some wall mirrors also?) so pretty cheap to put together as a temporary solution that looks better than a lot of actual gyms out there.That gym is temporary? It looks really impressive, so I'm glad they put so much effort into it despite its (hopefully) shorter lifespan.
