Been ignoring all those non- 1BW towers.... here's the Pinnacle, taken today, Thursday (Apr. 24). From Bay near the entrance to Union Station.

Pinnacle International has submitted a Minor Variance application to the City of Toronto to increase the height of SkyTower at Pinnacle One Yonge, already Canada's future tallest building, from 345.5m to 350.15m, while making the lowest floor of the mechanical penthouse, the 106th, habitable.

I like pinnacles thinking just over engineer the foundation and if sales are decent ask for more height (i don't know if that's what's happening here but could be a move for taller buildings ie. like 60 stories or taller)
