Fast efficient construction as witnessed here makes or breaks the viability of high rise projects. I"m sure once the residential market rebounds, others capable will look at this project and see if they can duplicate.

Unfortunately the CTBUH includes spires in height as they are part of the structure of the tower...giving them a dubious loophole to pad their tallness. I maintain the tower's worth should be measured from it's roof, where the functioning part of the building's structure terminates. But I am not the CTBUH... >.<

100% agree. I think spires are a cheesy way of measuring a buildings height.

^...now church spires on the other hand are a fairly functioning part of the building. But when it comes spires on office or condo towers however, nobody is going up there to ring a bell or give a call to prayer. Just saying.
