If there was significant formaldehyde discharge over the years, potentially. Environmental Site Assessment will determine what level of remediation is required though. Anyone know why it got demolished?Sad to see this go. All drywall been removed - down to studs. Wish they could just start over now but I guess was never feasible?

I know someone who lived in the place, and it is apparently an absolute nightmare of liability and sunken money. I can only imagine how stressful it is for the rest of the owners.
