A guy can dream! I used to live in that area and am just over-excited to see the wide open lots finally be developed!

Good to see the City bring heights up closer to private application standards for the area.. but probably still not close to the 50+ a private applicant would be going for here.

Now if we could make them realize that this is actually a 2-tower site!
