Happy to see developments on Queen St. It's always felt very forgotten compared to Princess St. Maybe this can start an overall improvement of the street. Also putting taller buildings on Queen feels obvious so Princess can stay in it's heritage built form.
(For those not familiar with downtown Kingston, Princess St is the main street, Queen is one block north, and is... nowhere near as nice)

This is close to Princess Towers which for my money is one of the ugliest buildings in the country.
