Love this project to bits. Progress has slowed a bit and I can’t wait for the sidewalk scaffolding / shelter to be removed to unveil the stunning facade further.

Work without permit violation was issued here in March; resolved today after conditional New Build permit was issued on Thursday

Some nice details revealed with sidewalk construction barriers removed. Love the arches up close and the stone detail along the bottom and interlock wrap at sidewalk

swinging by next week for inspection. Lets see if they finished the interiors as well as the exterior & whether or not they actually have interior glass on the backside of those brick arches on those upper level units with terraces as rendered. Literally one of the main reasons I fell in love with this building.

There’s still a LOT of work to be done but they seem to be catching up! When was original move in dates for these?

like 2022 I think. Latest occupancy date is now October 17th, lets see if that sticks.
