It appears they are finally starting to add new cladding panels. (See red boxes below) Very exciting. Really adds a nice design element to the building.

Likely yes. While the rendering is a bit blurry, I seem to see the curved balcony glass up those corner units...

You can already see the curved balcony glass on the lower level. So it’s safe to say we’ll see that same glass throughout

The TMD roof sticking out will quite literally be the cherry on top of the cheap architecture on this building.

I agree it's underwhelming, but as always, that's on the developer. Most architecture firms in this city can make decent designs if the developer allots enough money.

15 give or take I think (as it slims with height)? Plus mechanical. Quite a ways to go.

It's getting close no doubt.

I'd imagine it's closer to 25 just by eyeballing but what do I know.

Side note, I do like how this will create another peak in the skyline even if the tower itself isn't anything to write home about.

This evening (Sept. 15) from Danville Park in Mississauga. Islington Terrace blocks the view a bit, but you can see where it's at relative to CIBC Square and the CN Tower really well from this angle
