I am pretty sure that Pinnacle will let us all know when it reaches the 300 m mark pretty sure we are about three floors away from that as the last time somebody put a floor count up we were at 88

It's getting close no doubt.

I'd imagine it's closer to 25 just by eyeballing but what do I know.

Side note, I do like how this will create another peak in the skyline even if the tower itself isn't anything to write home about.

I'm not entirely sure, but it could be that the 15 storeys does not include the crown/mechanical penthouse that will put this well into the 300s.

This tower will hit 300 metres about halfway up from the 96th floor slab to the 97th floor slab.

If the mechanical penthouse is truly sticking out above the parapet—which the diagram seems to explicitly indicate—then this is gonna one of the biggest swing and misses.

Whitfield and even Toronto House we can kind of forgive, they’re not nearly as prominent. We’re going to see this rooftop from all corners of Toronto and beyond!

it is not the best looking building but i think it looks way better than FCP, the building it will dethrone as "tallest building in Canada".

FCP is a classic. Apart from height bragging rights, I don't see it being dethroned in any meaningful way.

FCP, one of Canada's best buildings, catching strays in this thread.

That taper is gonna be the showstopper for this IMO - especially with the brilliant cladding and architectural details here.

Gosh, this will appear around the height of the CN Tower from Polson Pier.

It'll add a bit of symmetry to the skyline from that angle.
