There was a proposal and rezoning for a 6-storey, there was a render floating around here but I can't find it. Don't think there's a thread for that site, it was probably in miscellaneous.

Hard to tell from the rendering, but it looks like they could have a corner convertible space that could be retail.

I asked @Marcolangzi a few months ago about this project on a different thread and he said, “…….that his company is no longer involved with this project and that their job was done……” To infer that it’s up to the owner’s now and he no longer knows about the future of it
