Edit: Also CN Tower's proposed for residential conversion?? Anyone else heard about this?

CN has had multiple proposals for that, but it sounds like this one could stick a bit more.
Last one I recall they could not get the floor plate efficiencies to work.

A legacy tower -- Edmonton's first true high-rise office tower (Abugov & Sunderland architects). I could see it converted to large luxury apartments and condos.

The 'luxury' market is exceptionally small and certainly not going to respond well to that area... and dont get me started on condos for another 2-3 years.
