With both this, and the school construction on the other side of the road, Strathearn is getting busy.

Add in all the infill, and this might actually be an area that densifies fast because of the Valley Line.

There was that one development (Link 95) that just sprang up overnight a couple blocks west. I was startled at first until I saw the gravel lot further down.

Work is underway for underground parking on the west side. The east side (where the retail strip used to be) is being used as staging for the west side.
