He probably put it up after seeing all the bad press he got and doesn't want to deal with the backlash and any financial issues (fines) that may come from what the Bad Properties group will bring to him.
Remember the draw for a brand-new Mercedes C-class that was advertised when Regency was selling units at the Quest? Draw didn't happen and no car was ever given away.He says he is, but I'll believe when it's sold. I do not trust Raj at all
I had forgotten about that... What a sham... He can't get out of this business soon enough. Go back to doing SFH in the middle of nowhereRemember the draw for a brand-new Mercedes C-class that was advertised when Regency was selling units at the Quest? Thanks for that. City should really get that site on their radar for safety concerns, and if possible, fill in the pit and charge it back to the owners in a manner similar to what they were attempting with Procura's Sedona site (even if it ends up being blood from a stone). In responding to the city survey on this, I also noted the (Open Sky)121st and 102Ave excavated site for 4 years now.
How can this be allowed to stay like this without fines and penalties? There is a house right along this ffs and it's a popular community hub. Again, enough is enough.
Maclab would probably have the coffers for it, but I don't know if they have the appetite. Maybe we see a partnership? This has been for sale before.
Really hope someone with the ability to deliver a project buys this!
Any guesses?

If I am not mistaken, Midwest had bought a controlling stake on Mainstreet a few years back, but I might be wrong. You sure you don't mean Midwest = Maclab? Mainstreet is a Calgary company AFAIK
