Nope, I have a good feeling we will see The Switch Phase 2 tower start rising next spring. Saw that written in a recent Journal article and I believe it considering Phase 1 is nearly fully-leased up now.

Here's hoping.

First renderings are out. Two 14 storey rental buildings on the SW corner of 106 Ave/103 Street. Townhomes on the bottom with a 3 storey parkade. Unfortunately can’t post renderings yet.

The first tower will be 181 units. There are 2 levels of underground parking and the west side of L1 is above ground behind the street facing townhomes.

My guess is Shugarman since they did some work with ICE District 2.0 already (may have been the urban design plan or something).
