First renderings are out. Two 14 storey rental buildings on the SW corner of 106 Ave/103 Street. Townhomes on the bottom with a 3 storey parkade. Unfortunately can’t post renderings yet.

Can we see the renderings yet? Pretty please...

Can you share the number of rental units in each tower? I wish the parking was underground but students are most likely the target audience. Who is the design architect?

The first tower will be 181 units. There are 2 levels of underground parking and the west side of L1 is above ground behind the street facing townhomes.

My guess is Shugarman since they did some work with ICE District 2.0 already (may have been the urban design plan or something).

That sounds like about at least a dozen different buildings on here with this crowd - you're really narrowing it down!

Guessing Eagle since your company seems to do a lot of work with them and people panned the newer Century project that is under construction (though I think it will turn out fine once they put the exterior cladding on). I will say, if it is DER & Associates, they might as well cancel the project now.

Searching for Shugarman

As @Avenuer speculated, Shugarman had a planning role in ICE I, but not much say in terms of Architecture which was split between Hariri Pontarini (hotel), Dialog (unbuilt proposed apartment) and Stantec (Edmonton's tallest). I would guess that Dialog has the inside track with OEG et al.
