Mixing up the lines again... mistake imho.

What's with Kane and these faucets? Jk....I mean what is with Kane and his wrists being "skated over?"

Ohhh...

Where's that being said?
Some twitter chatter and also some people within Oilersnation who have inside tracks with the organization have said something along these lines. Apparently the win yesterday masked it a lot, but it was yet another poor performance by him, especially on goals 1 and 4.

If Pickard is about to be traded then the Oilers will need another goalie, preferably an upgrade. They should remind the other NHL GMs that Pickard was on a hot streak during the last playoff run until he was injured.

I've liked Pickard as a goalie. He's also a likeable team player.

I sense that Pickard has lost a step this season, possibly caused by the injury Gronk mentioned.

While it's probably not a surprise to see Jarry coming this way, it was initially a surprise to see Skinner going the other way. Having said that, after the initial surprise wore off, it looks like a vote of confidence in Ingram and the other young goalies in the system (deservedly so by all accounts) as well as in Pickard's ability to be a solid backup. All in all, probably a good trade at this end and at the other end as the Penguins get some experienced youth in Skinner vs Jarry noting that the Penguins are also quite deep in goal. Jarry gets a good shot at a cup and Skinner gets a clean start in a great city to live in where I wish him all the best (as frustrating as he could be to watch at times, he has been equally good at times and he has always been a good citizen and a good teammate).
