I think nbf is a step above the other branch like approaches from the majors. Reality is this - cwb got bought out and the immediate casualty is usually the corporate functions as 1+1 has to be more than 2 or the transaction is bad for the shareholders. So the die was cast when cwb was bought out.

But let’s give nbf credit where’s it’s due, they are all in with their commitment to this building and downtown and have been a major factor in the community - they have made some good early choice with where they are contributing to the community. I hate jobs have been lost, but they are making some good steps.

In Edmonton in particular, the bar now is very low now. The large banks generally seem to see us an an outpost to put as little effort into as possible.

TD's renovation was quite the gong show, but I thought it was a bit of an improvement. However, rather than hating National Bank for putting up a sign that does not measure up to some standards, shouldn't we focus on the big banks that can't even seem to be bothered to have a tower with a sign on them here? Again, that would include Royal Bank, BMO and Scotia.
If I remember correctly, Royal bank has a sign up on the old HSBC building.

I know they had a sign at street level, which was removed when they closed the former HSBC branch in the building, not sure if they had or still have a sign on the building.

Expect a new wine/food offering on the main floor.

Hey, maybe Zenaris is moving back to their old haunts, but this time with direct access from the street!

Are Suites 150, 160, 180 and 110 up for grabs, or are they office spaces?
Orange and yellow spaces - what do they signify?

Zenari’s is operating the coffee bar in Zocalo’s on 95th Street.

Their coffee prices are reminiscent of the 1990’s and servings are generous! There’s seating in front of the coffee and on the nursery side of the store.
