The glazing looks nice. It reminds me of the glazing on Calgary's Eight Avenue Place, but looks great on a smaller building like this.

Correct. They did this with Allard Hall as well, and now it's FULL full. Didn't take them long.

Man we need some 103/104ave towers to help downtown feel filled in more. This will be the tallest building in the area for a while haha

I think the next property that would be nice to be developed would be the corner of 105th Street across the road from MacEwen and across the road from the LRT Plaza or also the expansion of the 105 MacEwen building to fill in the parking lot between the current building and the LRT Plaza

That 105 St. corner lot will likely remain parking for a while—the parking people at MacEwan are pushing for a permanent parkade structure there (from what I’ve heard). I believe the expansion of the 105 building is very much in their plans and will act as a grand entry to the campus. I think the plans are for a new science building next and maybe this is where it ends up.
