Maybe it will be incorporated into the development where the above ground garage is now initially as a site office.
I just assumed there were bodies buried on premises and perhaps those responsible have now passed away and the property can now be sold without repercussions.

why do developers want to put their own logo on their buildings? They just saddle their advertising on the condo corporations who take over..
