So the security guards disappeared with the snowclearing, or...?

I'm pretty sure warranty doesn't cover vandalism, unless security is part of the Contract. City will be paying for any repairs due to vandalism.Thank you for reporting. The park continues to be under warranty so likely any damage should be repairs, but it's frustrating none the less.
On the ice rink, DECL board discussed the possibility, it wouldn't be until next year if we have the capacity (we're just volunteers).
Regardless, brand new park so one can be hopeful they'll want to keep it that way for a little while at least.
There is no security in the park per se, but there are attendants that can report things to police. Last time I was at the park I did see EPS Beats patrol through.
From the looks of it I would actually imagine that is weather issues.Has the pavilion been damaged already? Not sure if it's the weather or vandals.

Right after park opening I recall standing in that very spot noticing that the red panels were kinked or 'oil canned' and not fitting great. Based on that I'd guess that this is warranty work.Has the pavilion been damaged already? Not sure if it's the weather or vandals.

you can see the oil canning from photos taken earlier in the thread. I remember staring at these panels hoping that they would be replaced. Some new wildlife (several owls) has been added to the northern lights feature - will this keep pigeon crap off of it?

I won't miss the Geese droppings if this park doesn't attract them (without water)
I sure hope those beautiful wood columns/seating don't get heavily tagged/spraybombed. Is there budget for security of this park similar to what we see at Stationlands?

One of the last features of the park to finish is coming along.
