It would be exciting for that building to fill up its many vacant office floors. Historically, that complex has experienced vacancy well in excess of market averages.

The main and second levels of Rice Howard Place do feel much nicer and more modern now. While I liked the old stone and the colour, it was a bit dark before and was starting to feel dated.

So perhaps their new look will help improve their appeal to other potential tenants too.

Jesus, I really do have terrible taste in architecture cause I like the wood panels and how they break up the monolithic glass design with a warmer tone.
I agree, I feel it adds some colour and warmth so it is fine, but you know these days if it isn't grey or blue the taste police will be on you.
