And the worst part is the rest of the project looks really good I think the towers are striking and the brick work up close actually looks very well done. This corner though ughhh how did they screw this part up?
Edit: Maybe when it's complete it will somehow look better lol!?

That's what we're hoping...I mean.. whatever.. it's still miles better than what this area originally was but still.

Feb 2028, assuming 1.5 years construction which is probably reasonable, would put construction start in Q3 2026. So we’ll see.
 
Guess we will know soon enough. Must be thinking they need to pivot to rental on the third tower.

This is from a third party website. These sites often pull information from developers without reviewing many things, but often some of the details are right. The units for sale start in the $300s so this is obviously wrong, but the completion date pulled from the developer appears to match what Emblem themselves have said.
 
If the third tower is Chrome... did the first two also get monikers I missed? Naugahyde? Bakelite? Pleather? Formica? Insulbrick?
