‘Ol David Fritz……Sawmill Alum and prodigy of the Sawmill Mafia……I’ll never forget the night Tom Goodchild and his cronies came up to the Top of the Inn one night in the Mid 90’s and I served him tableside everything and he took our recipes and preparation over to his forthcoming Moose Factory…..dude was the biggest scum bag I ever met. Sorry, both Goodchild and Fritz were/are scumbags
