It would be nice if this project makes the difference for a coffee shop to locate here. This district needs a daytime chill space where people want to spend some time.

It will eventually come!! The more people you have the stronger the business case is for a bar/coffee shop or restaurant

JW Marriott was very smart, they snagged the best spot and will not have to worry about anything else here now. However, there are still some spots nearby, within easy walking distance of the area where a hotel that is not as high end could go.
