Does anyone know why the 95th and 96th floors in that diagram (the 7th and 8th floors above the last balcony) have a higher ceiling than the other floors? In reality that was not built and it is not in the other diagram that shows the mechanical penthouse exposed.

If you look at the pictures above you will notice that the next floor that is due for cladding which would be the sixth floor above is shorter than the floor above all the units from that point on I believe have a higher ceiling height
