My sympathies to everyone who has had to deal with the customer service of MObilia...they will say anything to try to justify the defects in their furniture. You need to contact John Ritchie in Montreal to get any resolution to your problems. He is the head manager and has the authority to fix all problems. DOnt waste your time with the useless mobilia staff-if they had trained staff..i am sure they could solve many problems with customers and not lose them for ever-hey-their loss.
