While I agree that it would be preferable for the City to acquire replacement park land from PDSB when they replace TL Kennedy SS, I imagine the province would direct them to instead sell the higher value parcels of land fronting onto Hurontario for residential development, which wouldn't leave...

A Settlement Hearing was held on January 13, 2025. Per the decision published on March 12th, the appeals have been allowed on an interim basis. It looks like this area will be getting a lot denser in the next few years.
