True They usually sell in sections before opening others for canmnt games. Assuming it's ready and we sell out the lower bowl like vs Ecuador maybe we get to see those upper seats filled

Looks like the expansion will be completed before the March International window where we play two friendly games in Toronto vs Tunisia and Iceland. This is from the voyageurs presale for the games

The North Stand lower bowl upgrades are permanent, the upper bowl will be temporary like the south stand extension

I have a crazy idea as someone with 0 engineering/transit background. How viable would a terminus in the portlands be? could help with speeding up the funding and construction for the waterfront east lrt and broadview streetcar extensions

I was one of the lucky Voyageurs (canadian paid supporters group, different from CanadaRed) who got a $88 ticket to the opening game this week! These entry level tickets will all be in cat 4 so we'll be at the very top of either the north or south stands!

It doesn't show well on photos, but Ive sat at the top of a north stand that was this high. It is a very fun experience in soccer games because the 'ultras' are usually seated here and there's always good atmosphere from the chanting fans there. And you do get a very tactical view of the game...

It's definitely possible, but it's the easiest thing to cut if they're short on time and money. Let's see how the construction progresses into the winter

I wouldn't expect much cladding. This is what they did for the Russia world cup back in 2018
