Okay - Looks like it was sold to new owners just last week -- and that's quite a good price for that location!

Anybody know what's happened with this site? The design firm's sign is long gone and the lower levels are all boarded up. Four years later and no action and we're left with a weeds, an eyesore and fire hazard. Sad to see on such a site.
