    This project has the worst sidewalk pedestrian management setup. Someone is going to get hurt. Due to the bad setup, pedestrians are walking on the road with cars, bikes, streetcars.

    They are parked there for rush hour service after work. They will pick up commuters from Union and they will stay at their destination overnight for the morning rush hour. No need to be used during non rush hour times because the volume of commuters is low.
