It's a new park with new trees, what do you expect? Time is needed for those trees to mature.

Remember the draw for a brand-new Mercedes C-class that was advertised when Regency was selling units at the Quest? Draw didn't happen and no car was ever given away.

Any updated renders from Beljan? It doesn't seem to be very walkable. Looks like daycare and grocer taking up most of the space with medical and wellness pending. I would like to see a coffee shop, or ice cream shop to draw more people in.

Living in the community, I really hope they do something with this building. I think there was a bit of NIMBY pushback on the initial proposal which is unfortunate.

Desperately need to get the lot south developed and the joeys lot developed as well.

One complaint about Edmonton International... why does it take over 30+ minutes for luggage to reach the carousel? This has happened the last few times where i had to check in a bag. It doesn't leave a good first impression of our city for new visitors after a long flight.
