Taxing improvements on properties needs to be gradually phased out for this reason. A 10 year period would be fine.

The only crossing gates on the Valley Line will be at the Lewis Farms OMF parking lot. They're still staying away from crossing gates at the Henday exit at 87 Ave.

There was a water leak at the park over the holidays which appeared to be from the public washroom. Looked like a heater shut down and the cold caused a pipe to burst. Does anyone know about this?

The Harper government could have codified effective laws to remove violent people from polite society, but they didn't. Blaming the current limp-wristed government isn't very productive. Obviously they're insane, but so was the last CPC government when it came to violent crime.

The airport connection is the most crucial, along with the University Ave grade separation or closure. For the price of a single underground station on the planned Castle Downs metro expansion, you could build a Valley Line West spur feeding 124th St and the west side of Blatchford. The CN...

Depends on how turnover works to the City. I'm gonna suspect that the bus terminal remains on the north side until turnover of the line to ETS or TransEd happens, when testing begins. Yes, I said ETS or TransEd.

My problem with hating this is that the prominent Edmonton developers should be bringing enough quality to drown out how bad this is. Obviously I'm happy with the unit count, but this shouldn't even be a competitive proposal. I ultimately want more people living DT above anything else.
