    Always add a year by default to the original "Marketing Move in date". Progress is going up very fast and organized site. Yes I agree looks like 2 levels of parking. it's about 200 units I believe so maybe they will have about about 150 spots is my guess.

    My guess : economy will bounce back in about 1 or 2 years so I think right now value is down across the board for all homes and condos but this project won't be done for at least 3 years (at least the condo part, townhomes can be built sooner) so it should rebound value and be higher if anything.

    They aren't allowed to start work due to government orders cause Scout was working across the street and they stopped. Right now it's hard to say but developers wont just cancel a large project like this that sold very well. Most likely just a delay for now. Stay positive!
