Did anyone get emails regarding material selection package as well?

Condo is at floor 24

yes! seems like they're going almost 1 floor every 2-3 weeks. Makes me hopeful for the 2024 closing

Hey Leo2020, on November 19, a rep from builder confirmed they were at floor 20. Not sure if it's moved past this but thats where we are at now.

They confirmed they started on the 1st floor over the phone.
