I noticed that SOBR market is open again where Beatrice Society was. Must have reopened this weekend.

Food Hall will be opening in June according to this article from Curiocity! These are the first batch of vendors announced for the space. Aburi Sushi Dave’s Genuine Deli Liu Loqum The Arepa Republic Harry’s Charbroiled Musoshin Ramen Scooped by Demetres Karak Grape Witches, Civil Works Boxcar...

Their website seems to suggest they will be opening again in April after renovations. Will be interesting to see what happens to the space.

This looks fantastic! I can't wait for this to be open. This development is going to be wildly popular with the public. Based on the amount of foot traffic the Indigo has been getting, the retail spaces should do quite well.

Would be nice to see more renders of the park aspect of this project. Those recent photos don't look horrible, much better than the original proposal with the super high walls along front street.

I wish there was a real estate forum for this building. If occupancy does in fact happen in March or April I am interesting in renting a one bedroom unit.
