Walked by the other night and there's a bunch of new windows being stored in the new "fishman's" building in the foreground there so it looks like they might actually be utilizing this deadspace more again.

Something about the way the patios/pillars on the outside just looks so off to me visually.

can every conversion be like this? keep it simple, minimal changes, and no weird colour palettes.

If I could make just one change, it would be to make the balconies one neutral colour. The alternating colours make my OCD go crazy and it gives it a very pre-school aesthetic. However, it will be good to have another surface lot disappear.

I'm holding out hope that they will do whatever the did to 1905 College cause that had the same concern initially and then they fixed so fingers crossed this isn't the final stage.
