The density here is complete BS. Far, far to high for a constricted site like this and Dundurn as a single lane road that can get backed up quite badly when a single car wants to turn left during rush hour.

A lot of us do not think in shades of black and white only but in grey as you can actually be pro all of the above.

They might be having issues with the concrete slabs. They looked heavily bowed, so much so that for a while they placed large concrete blocks on top of them to push them down.

Mud Street was originally going to be an extension of the LINC but those plans fell off the wheels over two decades ago and now its just a thoroughfare with islands containing dying trees. Hamilton will never have the money to alter this.

I can't see Elite Developments starting construction on three projects at once but hopefully at least one of these get going sooner then later.

Main Street West is exactly where a development like this should go, along bus routes, nearby walkable grocery store, local shops, etc.
