    Hamilton Toronto | 50 Creighton Road | 40.53m | 12s | Proformance Investments | KNYMH

The fantasy of the site's owner needs to be squashed. They literally bought this site from a non-profit for less than $2 million, came up with this hare-brained scheme of a building literally 15 ft from an active heavy flow creek situated on highly fractured limestone. Its close enough that...

    Hamilton Toronto | 220 Dundurn Street South | 92.3m | 28s | Omnia | RAW Design

The density here is complete BS. Far, far to high for a constricted site like this and Dundurn as a single lane road that can get backed up quite badly when a single car wants to turn left during rush hour.

    Finch West Line 6 LRT

A lot of us do not think in shades of black and white only but in grey as you can actually be pro all of the above.

    Hamilton Toronto | The Point | 19.25m | 6s | Yoke Group | Lintack

This building has already changed the character of the street for the better. I too am hoping that the brick work or brick-like panels look smashing

    Hamilton Toronto | 405 Main Street West | 21.05m | 7s | 3H Properties | RevelHouse

It is warped but less so then it initially was months back.

    Hamilton Toronto | Trinity Lutheran Church Expansion | ?m | 3s | Invizij

Temporary construction fencing is now surrounding this property.

    Hamilton Toronto | Coppley Building Redevelopment | ?m | 4s | Core Urban Inc. | Lintack Architects

This transformation should win project of the year for 2026.

    Hamilton Toronto | TD Coliseum Renovations | ?m | 4s | OVG | BBB

It's going to be a crazy next week for them to make certain that this project is actually complete and not have workers still building after it actually opens.

    Hamilton Toronto | 405 Main Street West | 21.05m | 7s | 3H Properties | RevelHouse

They might be having issues with the concrete slabs. They looked heavily bowed, so much so that for a while they placed large concrete blocks on top of them to push them down.

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

I wonder if passengers at Danforth Station feel the oppressive 'weight' of the new Condo complex beside them. That is one massive street wall.

    Roads: Ontario/GTA Highways Discussion

Mud Street was originally going to be an extension of the LINC but those plans fell off the wheels over two decades ago and now its just a thoroughfare with islands containing dying trees. Hamilton will never have the money to alter this.

    Hamilton Toronto | The Point | 19.25m | 6s | Yoke Group | Lintack

Same. It looked like they were just finishing demo last week and now there is a crane. I don't even remember them pouring the foundation for the crane but obviously they must have.

    Hamilton Toronto | Scenic Heights | 23.9m | 6s | Elite Developments | Arsenault

I can't see Elite Developments starting construction on three projects at once but hopefully at least one of these get going sooner then later.

    Hamilton Toronto | Electric Ave | 28.5m | 8s | Elite Developments | srm Architects

Thanks for posting this render. It looks fine for this part of the city and I hope it gets going quickly.

    Hamilton Toronto | Binkley United Church Redevelopment | 38.4m | 12s | Kindred Works | KPMB

Main Street West is exactly where a development like this should go, along bus routes, nearby walkable grocery store, local shops, etc.
