It appears the parking lot is now completely closed -- as of today (January 6th)

the premium for new construction is back to those peak levels of 2011 -- the downtown resale market is around $1000 psf and these new construction buildings are asking 50-60% premiums == the price sheets I've seen for this is $1500-$1700 psf

The Developer has added an Info Website, for those who want to track the progress of the Development. Not surprising it is not 90 Queen East, but www.98queen.com probably a combo of using a "lucky 8" and the crown jewel of the development is the Richard Bigley Building who's address is 98...

Right across the street, a new 66 Story Building proposed - 1075 Bay

This one is really starting to look great, the black and white is nice change.

City Place is looking better and better, so much better spacing of towers. Charles Street is nuts, dito for Gerrard/Yonge/Bay and the Entertainment Area.... City Place at least had an area plan.

Wow, the area is rapidly filling in...nice to save the Heritage properties too.

I love the lack of balconies -- clean lines... with some setback for terraces, very elegant. I love how the sidewalk is being widened at the corner. I'm surprised they aren't using 98 as the address? for the lucky "8" vs "90"
