So when do we think this one will get started? I know the design has been dumbed down somewhat, but I think this project will go a long way to extending the City east along the waterfront and will have a big impact on the skyline from the Harbour and Islands.

I really wish they had decided to depress the rail corridor, would have helped so much with our connection to the waterfront.
