I wonder how many units got sold. They need 70% units sold to start construction. I don’t see them actively marketing the project either

Called the front desk and they confirmed they are closing the club and hotel Jan 31st. I feel like they will end up doing a rental building for this project. There is no way that Menkes can meet sales by Q2 2026 and start construction as well.

The Menkes store at Harbourfront which was the sales office for Elektra is now closed. They have closed that office down and are looking for new tenants to fill the space. Maybe they are moving the office to a different location. Not sure, but with the condo market being a blood bath, it’s hard...

Scary time for developers. Pre con prices are still too high.

Do you think it will happen? Will it be rental or cancelled? Is there a statement coming soon?
