    The material price fluctuations, global procurement and receivership are definitely adding the challenge to this project. But it will get built, especially when Allied stepped in, that's all I can say.

    You are absolutely correct.........the bankrupting of the company screwed up this and other projects big time.

    it's a complete mess due to the belly up of the previous facade company, installation of the glass wall stays unknown.

    So it's roughly 30+ floors a year........optimistically two more years............they may open the commercial part earlier hopefully.
