    I could be misinformed, but I was under the impression that YSL would be connected to PATH and thus Yonge+Dundas station.

    This plan for the SW corner of Yonge+Gerrard shouldn't have any direct impact on YSL. I'm not sure how you made that connection.

    There's also no reason that the building design/plans should change considerably, especially since Concord cannot make substantial material changes to prior contract agreements

    The City sure loves its green spaces. No chance they will allow Concord to eliminate the park.

    It might be a while before any real activity happens on YSL lot. The major issue is that new project financing must be arranged after prior creditors were booted.

    As part of the proposal, only 56 units' purchase agreements were disclaimed. Concord honours all other contracts.

    There are over 1000 units, it would be nearly impossible for Concord to convince every condo purchaser to agree to a change in ceiling height.

    I can see Concord adding 5 floors but not changing ceiling heights. Concord has a reputation to keep and 9 ft ceilings is a must for any luxury condo. Not to mention it would be a show of bad faith to substantially change unit features as important as ceiling height.
