    I really think the city should put some guardrails, the same way they're doing with 8-plexes. Not particularly on where they can be built, but on minimum design standards. Also, I reiterate that we are in desperate need of an architecture degree in the city.

    That looks so good! It's simple, and works! I wonder if it's cuz the massing is less, in comparison with a 6-storey one. What's preventing developers from building more like those???

    Love how they mention "the 25-storey Holyrood Gardens transit-oriented development" as a transformative project, being one of the ugliest developments in the city. 🤮😒 They have cut all the possible corners to "make it profitable", and we ended up with an eyesore either they develop something or not
