    Westrich biggest downgrade is stopping working with architects like Chris Dikeakos. BUT being honest, something like The Hat @ 122 would work great here too.

    This is a project by Claroscuro, the same firm that was recently rejected by EDC for their proposal on the St. Anthony site in Strathcona. We desperately need UofA or MacEwan to offer an architecture degree in the city. The city deserves better architecture.

    Might be an unpopular opinion, but I think The Milner Building is a great candidate for an office-to-hotel conversion. And ALT has done a couple of those, so they might just need someone to pitch them the idea... 👀
