Me too but they dont care.. they are treating the whole transaction as new sales ., thats why everyone need do the numbers and see whats best.. Also i ask them if prices are negotiable , they said NO..lol

Then its way better to cancel and buy resale if KSV prices are way higher..i would go that route…. For me that downgrading from a house , just need a one bedroom.. unfortunately one bed prices are still up there $475-500k under 5 years old .
