    We'll just have to see. One thing for sure, he won't get away with much in this hood. Those towns to the north are owned by very influential people, very concerned homeowners up and down Coulson and not even to mention the bad feelings that the negotiations have created with the auto body shop...

    Bldg. sold conditionally for 3.8 million. I was told that there was a tenant buyout fee of $600,000 in order to get rid of the tenants who used to live there. There is no parking and that limits the uses for the building as far as conversions go.

    I live in the area and fear that the developer may be in hot water as the place has been preceived as a dud - not helped by builder grade shiny brass lighting, plastic address numbers, bad landscaping and a rather cheap finish overall. Also, the carlift to the parking area is a bit too new...
