Standard 'sealed concrete' is pretty ugly. Think of a parking garage, that's what it is basically they just seal it to waterproof it.

If you polish (and usually epoxy it) it starts to look really amazing - reflecting light and is very low maintenance.

There are also certain finishes where they 'acid stain' it so you can start to get different colors. Really the options are endless IMO better than cheap ass hardwood. It's not cheap though, for a 700sq ft unit you are probably looking at 3k... really depends on who you contract to get it done.

I was thinking of keeping the concrete flooring. They haven't made an appointment for me yet, so I don't know much about the types of flooring.

Do you know how the concrete will look like as is? And is it easy to polish it? And "as is", is it liquid permeable? I doubt the sales staff would know.
